ABOUT ME

I was born and raised in the Upstate of South Carolina to parents from New England. Some would consider this culture shock; I consider it the best of both worlds (or regions). I embrace the pragmatism of New England wrapped up in quintessential "Southern Nice." I have found this relational, results-driven focus to be a vital tool in a number of consulting projects.

I'm passionate about building cross-expertise teams that solve organizational problems creatively and thoroughly. I balance my love for a fast-paced work environment with a strong desire for developing
strong personal relationships, and I prioritize team-building through goal-setting, servant
leadership, and effective communication.

My STEM undergraduate education gave me an excellent foundation in both problem-solving and critical thinking, and my graduate work in organizational communication strengthened my ability to effectively build and communicate recommendations. I have a deep love for engaging tough, organizational issues through best-practice quantitative and qualitative research methods.

In today's rapidly changing business environment, solving problems using critical thinking skills is the sine quo non of successful business decisions, and I believe these skills set individuals and businesses in a category by themselves. A good consultant is willing and able to break down business obstacles into individual parts, find the root issues, and communicate best-practice solutions.
